Large swimming pool area was a nice relaxation spot.

Our room had ants everywhere, making it unbearable. The cleaning service did not meet even basic standards. the floor was dirty and the towels were old. We were forced to leave the apartment for cleaning and returned to find nothing had been done properly, a huge disappointment.

The pool area was a lovely space for relaxation, offering plenty of loungers which made unwinding after a long day enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the sofa bed in our room was broken, and despite raising this issue, we received no compensation or alternative room option.

Breakfast is great value, or you can whip up meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The free shuttle service makes exploring easy!

The staff were exceptionally helpful! We found the rooms to be spotless and perfect for our needs. The new swimming pool is a great addition, offering a refreshing space to unwind and enjoy the sun. We loved that getting an Uber was quick and economical, especially when exploring local dining options.

The hotel provided a fantastic free shuttle service to the marina, making our family outings super easy. Plus, we found the rooms spacious and tidy, and the pool area was a hit with the kids after a day of exploring.

My children wished for a few more activities suited for families.

this stay in vilamoura exceeded my expectations! the pool area was fabulous with plenty of loungers, and the breakfast had an extensive selection including fresh pastries. my studio was spotless, with a lovely terrace that provided great vibes for relaxation.

the restaurant menu could have more variety.

Free shuttle to the marina is super convenient. Lacked variety in the restaurant menu. Staff helped arrange bicycle rentals easily. Clean spacious studio, but there were issues with ants in the room.

Just a nice choice for a weekend getaway in Vilamoura with incredible value for money. The staff were excellent. Check the free bus schedule to the beach since it could run a bit later.
